Why dont some people like family guy?!
Question: this show is one of the funniest and most clever shows ive ever seen, and even though im young, i have watchd at least one episode of every good sitcom, series, or tv show in all of time, u name it, seinfeld cheers good times honeymooners, and lots more. i just dont understand how some people can detest family guy?

maybye its similarity to the simpsons? but i guess family guy does touch some sensitive issues especially to thoose with younger children? i personally love family guy and seriously people that hate it with a passion, i dont understand as well, its their choice if they dont want to watch it, turn the tv off!!, because getting it off the air isnt an option!

Because they like The Simpsons more than Family Guy.
Because it taps into things that some people find offensive. For example, it parodies religion more than the Simpsons.

because it is repetitive and the jokes are way too obvious. all of the jokes are really stupid and don't even make sense
they only have sex jokes most of the time and they feel it doesnt belong on tv but theyre the freakin FCC

Personally I have nothing against people who do enjoy "Family Guy".
I don't care much for it myself because I think the humor is based only on making references to pop culture and nothing else. The only characters I find interesting are Stewie and Brian the dog
The crude humor doesn't bother me at all, but I much prefer "South Park".
its not clever. clever is like...frasier...The family guy is a sick show. the humor isn't funny to me.
My problem is they basically do the same joke/bit over and over. "Reminds me of the time I went to the circus with (enter any celebrities name)" ITS ALL THE SAME!!!! Try something different for a change damnit!
I don't limit my disdain to just Family Guy... I have found the majority of TV to be very BORING and repetitive lately. So I just don't watch it anymore. There's more fun stuff to do elsewhere. Like, reading. And writing. And playing silly board games with my kid. And answering questions...
Some of the jokes they make about God literally make me sick to my stomach. And it's not funny.
I personally love Family Guy... And people who don't like it are just losers who watch South Park or The Simpsons.
I don't hate it but I don't think it's funny. It just seems stupid to me and that little baby creeps me out. Normally I love animation but not in this case.
It's inappropriate.
