Most Judges I've met (no, not that way, I work for the Ministry of Justice) are very intelligent, learned, work to preserve the principles of fairness and are fiercely protective of the peoples rights. Judge Judy is an American version of that, although with a lot less patience!
I wouldn't like to meet her in court...But I do admire her style.

She is great, besides, she goes from making $45,000.00 per year to millions a year and they love her or she wouldn't be there. She says it like it is and that's great, more power to her.
