Depends on which type of humor or drama you are interested in.
I watch all three of those, plus more, and they are all different.
House is great because Dr. House is so blunt (and offensive to some) and the medical conditions are rare... by my first guess, I never get the diagnosis right.
Grey's Anatomy is frustrating. the main character, Grey, used to be great, but now she is wallowing in self-pity. from the medical aspect of the show, it isn't too bad, but it is no "House" or "ER".
ER is excellent. Its characters are somewhat relatable and the plot is easy to follow, but it can be disappointing; I loose focus when I am watching at times.
Scrubs... is hilarious. If you like comedy (off-the-wall) in a hospital, then this show is the best.
The new show... Private Practice, is an off-shoot of Grey's Anatomy, and it is about a small scale private specialty doctor office. the characters are okay, and the plot isn't too bad, but it is sort of hit or miss.
Out of all these, "House" is definitely the superior choice. It is comical, has elements of suspense, and it usually leaves me guessing till the end of the episode. To me, a show that keeps you watching is a show worth watching.

I say it's a tie between House and Grey's. House is just hilarious and Grey's has a lot of drama.....

I like House. I think what appeals to me is his arrogance. Most of us get stuck in jobs where we have to be humble and polite to customers and suck up to bosses. House is a fantasy for working people.

ER has definitely been outplayed. & Scrubs isn't really a "Medical Show" it's a teenage drama series.
