Heather was on a rampage today. She wants to prosecute Paul for the Sheila kidnapping. She is going to turn Daniel in for missing his community service, even though he had permission from his PO and she was going to turn Phyllis in for seeing Summer. She decided to order a random spot check for Phyllis instead. And Neil tried to ditch Karen and then had a change of heart.
