"The Accident" where Michael burns his foot on the George Forman Grill, Dwight gets a concussion, and Michael thinks that he now has a physical disability. It is hilarious! you should definately watch it!!

My fav. episode is Conflict Resolution from season 2. The best scene is when Michael lists all of Dwight's complaints towards Jim.
