beauty's challenge: Sam
The challenge is like a game of memory. There is a translation key that has various symbols corresponding to numbers. Each beauty must unlock three boxes containing treasures by cracking the code written next to the box. The first beauty to open three boxes wins, except that they are not allowed to run around the Mayan ball court—they can only walk.
geek's challenge: Dave

Sam won the beauties challenge and Dave won the geeks challenge. When it came to elimination time, the host told the two teams that instead of picking teams to send to the elimination room, they had to agree on a team to leave. After Sam, Nicole, Dave, and Jasmine talked about it, they choose for John and Natalie to go home.
