Dr. Weir had gone to the Genii to get a bomb in order to defend the city from the wraith in the first season episode 'The Siege Part 2'.
Sheppard has been fed on by Wraith once. In the third season episode 'Common Ground', the Genii used a captive wraith as a means of torture and a way to get Atlantis to bend to their will. He has also been fed on by the Iratus Bug, the Wraiths ancestor, in the season 1 episode '38 Minutes'.
