I think they both really want to but as long as Spencer is in the picture it won't happen. I was thinking with Specer losing Brody it might make him a better man afterall they have been friends since the beginning of time but it didn't matter to him at all....
I honestly think Heidi is a good person and her judgment has been clouded terribly by Spencer, AKA the scum of the earth. I can't stand him, can ya tell? I hope that she and Lauren can work things out ONLY if Heidi didn't have anything to do with the sex tape rumors. Otherwise I think Lauren should say adios and never talk to her again.

They won't even begin to mend their friendship until Spencer is out of the picture. I doubt he would even let it happen. You know that anytime she ever wanted to hang with Lauren she would get a guilt trip from Spencer, like he does whenever he doesn't get his way.

It would be nice for them to make up, but I'm not sure that Lauren will want too because Heidi is still with Spencer (yuck!)...I don't blame her either, the way he comes across on TV seems absolutely horrible!
