On Monday night each couple had to dance 2 dances. Mel & Maks 2nd dance, paso doble, got a perfect score, whereas Jennie & Derek's 2nd dance, rumba, and Marie & Jonathan's 1st dance, quickstep, scored 28. So with a combined score; Mel & Maks=54,Jennie & Derek=53, Helio & Julianne(samba was really good)scored a 52 along with Marie & Jonathan, and Cameron & Edyta scored 51, while Jane & Tony only had a 51.
On Tuesday night they had Leanne Rhymes perform and the judges picked Mel B & Maks to repeat their perfect dance routine of the paso doble.
Marie's father passed away on Tuesday morning, so she was not on the result show, but told her partner that she was going to continue.
Monday's performances were mostly really good. Mel & Max and Helio & Julianne were the best ever!
There were no bottom 2 last night. Jane Seymour left. She had the least amount of votes and altho I like her and she dances good, there's "no excitement" or "sparkle" in her style according to Len, the judge. She's too graceful. She was gracious. (Marie wasn't there, of course.)
Marie's dad died yesterday and that's why she wasn't there. She is expected to return for next week's performance though. They had no bottom two, which leads me to believe that Marie may have been the other one with the lowest score. Since she wasn't there to be in the bottom two, that's why they didn't have the bottom two yesterday.
