Shame -- it was one of the best I've seen - this annoying woman from Scotland had opened up a veggie restaurant in paris (where 2% of people are veggies - great call), with 50 grand of her Dad's money and was running it as a place for her and her best mate to hang out in with a fruitcake chef who started burning stuff deliberately and working really slowly once GR arrived. GR persuaded her to sack him ( and ended up manhandling him out of the restaurant coz he wouldn;t leave). GR sorted out a relaunch, new menu, doing the first days service prep himself, when the owner and her best mate ambled in about an hour before opening - GR told them they were joke and fake about running the place at which point 'best mate' huffed off, never to return. The owner was simply not taking anything seriously - couldn;t even sort out hiring an extra waitress. GR got her a new chef who came from Scotland to help, but when he got back the restaurant was closed. bottom line was Missy Owner couldn't be @rsed to put in the graft and had just left it - felt so sorry for her father, stupid feckless little daughter he was having to explain away her behaviour to GR.... she turned up for a meeting 40 minutes late and as soon as GR started giving her a hard time she just walked out saying she 'didn't need it'....in the end GR gave the new chef a job in his own restaurant.
it was in paris it was soo funni it was in a vegi restraunt and all the staff left in the end and left the old oners dad i charge gordon also opened the restaruant up him shelf one day for lunch and made a load of money

it was brilliant
A spoiled wee cow in her 30's decided she knew better than Mr Ramsey and lost a perfectly good franchise. I could have kicked her. Her Da put up the money and she ran the place into the ground. Even when Gordon told her how to fix the place she Boohooed 'I'm so stressed' and ran away.
It was in France last night. A lazy Scott's woman and friend were trying to run a veggie restaurant.
