The Biggest Loser Results – Amber Voted Off
The fourth season of The Biggest Loser kicked off with eighteen contestants hiking through the Mojave Desert. New host Alison Sweeney greeted the contestants. Alison told the contestants that trainers Bob Harper and Kim Lyons were skydiving down to the desert and the first two contestants to reach the trainers would become team captains for the red team and the blue team.
The first contestant to reach Bob Harper was Jerry, and the fist contestant to reach Kim Lyons was Phil. Jerry became captain of the blue team, and he selected Kae, Neil, Patty, Nicole, and Ryan to be on his team. Phil became captain of the red team, and he selected Bryan, Amber, Amy, David, and Lezlye to be on his team.
After the teams had been picked, the blue and the read team got on a bus and left. The six unpicked contestants were led to believe they had been eliminated from the competition. However, Jillian Michaels showed up on a motorcycle and told the unpicked contestants that they would be forming a secret black team.
At the Biggest Loser campus, the blue team and the red team did their initial weigh-in. Back in the desert, Jillian rigorously trained the black team. For the first challenge, the blue team and the red team had to carry and load luggage on an airplane equal to the amount of weight they wanted to lose. Once the luggage was on the airplane, the teams had to pull the planes. The read team was the first team to pull their plane across the finish line. For their prize, the red team won letters from home.
At the first competition weigh-in, the red team had lost 87 pounds for a percentage total of 4.43%. However, the blue team had lost 109 pound for a percentage total of 5.81%, so they won the first weigh-in. On the losing red team, Phil lost the most weight, so he was safe from elimination. At the elimination ceremony, Amber was voted off the red team.

It was Ryan....he only lost six of the nine pounds his duo needed to stay out of elimination. Even his former blue teammates (Neil and Nicole) voted him out...
