A young high-school boy is on the verge of breaking Bill's TD record.
He succeeds in tying Bill's record before he is injured and unable to play in the final game of the season.
Somehow, Bill is given the opportunity to play in the game.
He scores the game-winning touchdown, once again putting him back on top.
After he scores, the young high-school boy is sitting on the bench on the sidelines yelling, "No fair!!! Asterisk !!!!! Asterisk !!!!!!"

I haven't seen the episode but my guess is it is very recent and it is relating to the Barry Bonds homerun record that people voted to have an asterik put by in the record books.
