I would like to see a teen/young adult Biggest Loser Show, but I do not know where to begin to get such an idea to be actually accomplished.

I think that that is too much psychological pressure for teens. Adults have developed certain coping skills, but I think that a teen version of Biggest Loser would prove to be too much for someone, and there would be a contestant suicide.
