Yep. Dex slept with Lila and told Rita about it. Dex was able to erase the surveillance tape that showed him checking for blood residue. He and Doakes had a serious moment and Doakes was ordered to leave Dex alone. Dex killed a vigilante copycat and left the body parts for the task force to find.
