This just seems to be the same story that appeared in "The News of the World" some time ago. Billie Piper has denied the rumour on a number of occasions, and has said - "A friend of mine told me he'd read about that, It's news to me. I think I'd find it very hard to play Rose Tyler again."

In addition, in a recent appearance on "Parkinson" she said - “I don’t think it will happen any time soon but the door is slightly ajar....... It’s such a lovely part but I tried to do it the other day and I couldn’t do it - I can’t do Rose any more!”

So basically it's possible she might come back for a one off appearance at some time in the future, but it doesn't look as if it's going to be in the next series (which is still filming at the moment).
In addition, it has not been confirmed that Davros will be appearing in the next series of DW. Although this rumour seems believable, I'll be waiting for official confirmation before I start looking forward to it.
From recent announcements, it looks like the main bad guys in the next series are going to be the Sontarans, who are set to appear in an episode which will also see the return of Martha Jones (Freema Agymen).

By the way, don't miss "Time Crash" - the DW mini-episode for Children in Need on 16th November, which will feature both David Tennant as the 10th Doctor and Peter Davison as the 5th Doctor.

I think this is an old article sorry, I know they're filming because my cousin is in uni in cardiff and has seen them, Billie wasn't with them sorry!

This business of the parallel worlds allows Doctor Who writers to be as adventurous as they like.
They should be careful though because some followers might decide that they have reached the limit.

I want Rose back, but its going to be very crowded. With everyone else being there, I hope it doesn't over shine the moment when the doctor and rose first see each other again. Imagine, Martha, Donna, K9, Sarah Jane, Jackie, Micky, Pete and new baby all being there when the moment I've waited for, for ages arrives. It would spoil it for me. I think for a good few minuets, it should just be them :)
There have been news and teletext articles around this time that the producers wanted her back, but a sticking point maybe that when Billie recently ran into David she found it hard to get back into character and chemistry.
The article says shes signed, I don't think so yet, if ever given the above, probably a reporter chancing their arm for a scoop hoping for confirmation, but none was forthcoming.
What's more interesting is the amount of plot and cast information about the finale, where is this from ?? as the details would confirm a rumoured big story arc throughout Season 4 that up till now I thought just a wish list. If its true, boy could we be in for a Season 4...or perhaps that should be Season minus 1 !
i think this already happened, Rose is gone by now, Martha's the new compain, or maybe your talking about something i haven't heard of yet.
Fake story -sorry.I read an article in one of my g/f's mags -it was a Billie Piper feature to promo her new series Diary of a Call girl.Billie says the door is left open for a return in the future.But not anytime soon as she wants to concentrate on costume dramas & films.
Shame cos i liked DW better when Rose was in it.Martha was ok but nowhere near as good.
Billie isnt coming back. And I dont think it's jackie pregnant...she is and didnt want to tell him. and it's not mickey the idiot's either.
I really hope she will return... She is my fave companion... I don't like Martha as much as Rose... Martha doesn't even come close unfortunately
