Well out of those choices I would say Dawson's Creek.
I don't really feel that it's the BEST but I liked it the most out of those.
I stopped watching the OC eventually because it got so stupid.

My fave right now is One Tree Hill!!! To me that's better than any on this list.

Dawson's Creek. Although, if you ask me, the extensive use of big vocabulary always seemed to be a bit unrealistic. Teenagers don't really talk that. Other than that, I think the show had some good drama and it hit on a lot of issues that teens face in their personal, romantic, and family lives.
