Probably someone from the Irish Republican Army; that's how Patrick got into trouble in the first place, and that's why Todd almost got killed years and years ago, trying to save Patrick from the IRA.
"Death" in the mask is someone from Patrick's past. Patrick is Marty's late husband. Trying to scare her to "get even" for something Patrick did.
I heard that Christina chamber is leaving OLTL. They fired her- so she is leaving sometime next month. So - i heard about something from Patrick's past is suppose to resurface. And Marty and Cole is suppose to disappear. That is what i heard though. I do to not know how true it is. I think it could me miles too. He has a thing for Marty still. And he probably wanted to get back at Marty than to take her son. I am just guessing. That is just a theory of mine.

When Patrick first met Marty he was running from a group called the "Men of 21." He was later murdered, possibly by this group. Whoever murdered him has escaped prison. I think they are now after Marty and Cole. That's just my theory.
