Question: Emerdale, Corrie, Eastenders then back to Corrie take us up to 9pm. Then we have - Hells Kitchen ITV2 - 9pm (another double episode until 11pm), Doc Martin (The Wedding) ITV1 9-10pm - Dragons Den BBC2 9-10pm, Street Crime Live Channel 5 9-10pm, Americas Next Top Model - Living 9-10pm, Petes PA - Living 10-11pm and in between that, I also have to fit in Autumnwatch 8-9pm on BBC2 (NO regular contacts not taken leave of my senses but because I'm a Beaver Scout Leader wanna watch this coz they;ve got a live Beaver Watch Camera - Doc be quiet - I've heard every joke going !!!)

I have a similar problem because whilst I don't want to watch Corrie or Eastenders I do enjoy Hells Kitchen USA and Dragon's Den. And the wife will want to watch the 10 o'clock News!
I have a PVR which usually manages to suffice with a combination of recording and 'time-slipping', plus the use of the 'analogue' channels on the TV. ITV2+1 comes in handy too.
It is a nightmare how the TV companies will compete with each other for ratings, rather than trying to complement each others schedules.
And I thought I was a sad b~stard.

Phew...I'm glad I only watch Eastenders and Doc Martin, I couldnt cope otherwise!
Plus the worst part is it's the one day of the week that I'm always wrecked from the weekend and have to fight the battle of going to sleep early or watching all the yummy tv.....

Know what you mean Sue as often there are 3 programmes on at the same time I want to see and I only have one VCR! Unfortunately (or fortunately whichever way you want to look at it!) I only have five channels to choose from so it cuts it down a bit!!

you are so right sue, that is why i am now only just getting round to answering and ti is 1.00 am. i watched all the soaps, then antm, thens petes pa, then have just caught up on hkusa. i don't watch doc martin but i loved the last series of dragons den and keep forgettibg it is on.(note to self, must try harder) i will tape it next week. the thing is tommorow night there is bugger all on to watch!!
