Question: i loved the first two seasons but after watching 5 epsiodes of season 3 its like they had no more ideas so chucked in a whole new story... which is quite annoying

it wouldn't actually be "prison break" if they're free! so, it only makes sense that the story will go back to them being locked up and breaking out (again)
I think you have to look at the name of the TV show... Prison Break. It only makes sense that they would return to the root of the show, and its basis. Michael Scofield is at it again, breaking out of prison.
