season 5 starts Jan 2nd, it will take place 4 years after their high school graduation. Season 4 is in reruns on soapnet and comes out of dvd dec 18th. Love this show. It's on the cw and i believe when it comes back on it will be at it's usualy wednesday 9pm time, but I'm not sure since gossip girls is on in that time slot currently.
they have the repeat episodes on the soap network
i think they stopped making new episodes last year
It is on hiatus until winter.

You can buy seasons 1-3 on DVD and S4 is released in December- They are currently filming season 5 which is due to air on Jan 2nd.
Re-runs are constantly on but depends on which country you are in,
