After Asa'a funeral Vicki hopped a plane to Oklahoma, rented a car and drove to Texas. I think she's been under a lot of stress lately and just needed a change of pace. No one knows she's in Texas, they all think she's in Paris, France.
I love the storyline. I think Moe, Noelle, Gigi and Charlie are great. I hope things work out for Vicki and Charlie.
She disappeared off the show probably for a break and the story is that she was in an airport and just asked for the next plane out which landed in Tulsa. Then, she just started driving South and ended up in Paris, Texas of all places. Supposedly, she was in Paris, France.
vickie had another round with dorian after asa's funeral and decided she needed to get away ( actress took a vacation)
I think vickie wanted to try living a different/simpler life for awhile
She had to get away after Asa died and that is where she wound up. She just needed a break from her life, leave it to Viki to be a waitress. Maybe she will come back and write a story for the Banner about her experience.
After Asa's funeral, Vicki and Dorian got locked in the wine cellar (AGAIN!) and of course Dorian pushed her buttons. So she just went and got on a plane which turned out to be going to Tulsa, OK, where she rented a car and wound up in Paris, TX. After arriving and going into the diner to eat, of course she immediately got a job there, with no experience, no referenced, and probably not even using her real name.
Viki left town after Asa died and felt her life was empty. She had also just had a big argument with Dorian.
She got on the first flight out of Llanview which went to Tulsa, OK, rented a car and ended up driving to Paris, Tx. She stopped in the diner for a cup of coffee and started talking to the waitress and owner and they needed help so she volunteered since she really didn/t have any big reason to get home. I think that's a cool thing to do.
