I don't even remember the last one. Reruns mostly I hear, and some big shows died because of it. "Moonlighting" which was a hit before the strike, never came back afterwords. I hope they don't kill off any of the good shows this time.
I think TV is going to be really bad for awhile.
in the 80's, it last 22 weeks!!!! ouch. scripted hows-sitcoms, night talkshows, soaps, etc were affected. after they went through show already taped and scripts already in possession, it was just a lot of reruns until the end!!!
hopefully, it won't last that long this time around!!!! c'mon greedy excecs, give them what they want!
It was great for business, the best thing that could happen for me, the video shop made a fortune.
Lots of re-runs and "stand-in" writers for Soaps, and talk shows which were awful since they didnt have clue as to what was happening. It really was a bad time for TV!
