Yes, there is a new cycle of America's Next Top Model. The first episode aired on 19 September 2007. You can catch new episodes on Wednesday at 8PM (7PM Central) on the CW Network. Encore presentations run Sundays at 9PM (8PM Central). You can go to TVGuide.com to find out what channel the CW is in your area.
You can go to www.cwtv.com to find the past three episodes for the current cycle. Anything older than that will be on YouTube.
Cycle One of America's Next Top Model is available on DVD. Ken Mok, one of the executive producers has said there are no plans to produce DVDs of the other cycles due to poor sales of Cycle 1 and the fact that you can see reruns of past cycles on VH1 and MTV.
the new cycle started a few weeks ago, the last episode was a recap of the beginning of the cycle...

hmm it's been on for like at least a month now cycle 9. it airs on the cw wednesdays at 8PM EST. It's possible that only cycle one is on dvd cuz i just checked a few places and I also could only find cycle one.
