I only got to watch it in reruns because I wasn't alive when it originally aired - but I liked it. It was the first real-life family show with a real family. Plus Ricky Nelson was so cute . . . given that note I would hate a remake - can't re-do a classic - or at least you shouldn't . . . .
Ok, so remaking movies wasn't bad enough, now we're recycling tv shows? Does Hollyweird have no shame? Please tell me that it's just an idea you have and that it's not actually going to happen. Talk about sad. You can't meddle with perfecton.
