Confused about Ghost Whisperer, Nov. 2nd episode?!
Question: Ok, so we found out why Claudia was getting those weird shapes in her pictures, but why was his friend Joseph? In the end, Joseph wasn't even mentioned, he didn't play a part in the haunting AT ALL. Although I thought it was maybe because Claudia called a sponnsor for Joseph when he asked but not Claudia. Still, I could really use some insight. Thanks!

Kevin was jealous of Joseph getting the break that he thought should have been his. Joseph had also taken pictures of the same seascape as Kevin and with that scene being such a powerful connection to him- his reason for speeding and ultimately dying, it was no surprise that the images showed in the pictures. Kevin at his death would not have known Sophie did not die so that video of her drowning and the place that it supposedly happened in his mind would be a powerful draw for him. Her image was showing because of his guilt.
Joseph said they only shown up in the seascape pictures- where the attempted drowning took place.

To clear up something, there are no holes. In the beginning when Claudia was fleeing from Professor Rick Payne, she stopped to speak to the "grey haired man". Remember the mystery began because Claudia was not showing up at all in any pictures taken by the student and Rick had also been looking at the missing Claudia pictures. He then took some pictures to try and prove something while, she had been talking to the "grey haired man". He then went to Melinda's and showed her the pictures with the missing Claudia. Melinda commented on the fact that specter showed up in every shot that Claudia should have been in . Rick said, " for the record that is not who I asked out." Melinda said, " Maybe not, but that's who went home with her." No one said anything about the ghost being attached to the "grey haired man"
I didnt see the whole episode. the little that I saw was that Claudia was in the beach with a guy who was dead and she was talking to a girl that this guy knew.

Wow, we forgot about him too, and so this is a great question. We noticed the man that she was saying at the beginning was the person with the ghost figure, (and older grayed haired man), and that was never spoke of again either. Maybe one of the writers got sick, and another stepped in???. Lot of holes in tonight's story!
