Heroes is OK up to now, just as long as the writers don`t get silly.
The second series hasn't been running that long in America I'm afraid. I would imagine that you will have to wait until it has finished over there before it comes to the UK. (p.s I have seen the new episodes and they are just as good as the first series)
IDK about Living channel showing it.It's on the Sci-Fi channel & the BBC atm for series 1
I know that BBC2 has acquired the rights to show series #2 when it starts in the spring.
