Girl, I hear you! I don't care how professionally sane and tactful that I have to be percieved by others. I won't care at a moment such as that one. As a teacher given the opportunity to confront this person I would had been more vocal. I would not make a jerry springer moment out of it, but i would certainly be defending my case.
In addition, I think the guy is making the whole thing up and I blame her for allowing the students to come to her home.
she got what she asked for regardless if she is innocent.
Every teacher has a duty to stay away from such encounters with students. I don't care if I have a student who lives next door to me, I would not make any contact besides a hello or a good bye... see in school.
Nowadays, people are out to get you even for the smallest things. and when there is a window of opportunity, they will act upon it.
she should had hired a moving company to move whatever she was moving at the time. I don't care if it was a bag.

She did not appear to be too bright. Or maybe she just didn't read the teacher/ student guide lines that as a teacher she must adhere to.
Then the part on her husband being her high school teacher.
she became uncomfortable with that one. So I don't know I trust her ethics nor her husbands. I truly understand the concept of finding love at any given place. But its unethical for teachers to date their students.

I only saw the beginning of the show tonight - it seemed like she was telling the truth and she did seem very upset (but because of her situation probably didnt want to make things worse by going crazy on the show) but I didnt see did the second guy who took the lie detector test did he pass or fail? I missed the rest of the show tonight (friday).

I watched it and although I didn't really believe the student 100% I still think that something happened .....I am like you, I didn't think the teacher was as upset as I think I would of been if someone had destroyed my life like that. And the thing with the "notes" I totally believe the student as to what they said and not her. Why would she even been participating in notes like that ? I think she was more guilty or more had taken place than she was admitting ....
I believe the teacher was vindicated by the evidence on the show.The student who faced her seemed shady from the very start.BUT I can't help feeling that something inappropriate went on.
I believe the teacher.The young man on today was way to over dramatic I felt.
I think maybe she did flirt with the student but I don't think it went as far as he claimed. Also, the emotion thing kind of bothers me because she's being level headed and staying calm that means she's lying? I admire her for keeping her cool and stating the FACTS. In my opinion, if a person is screaming and carrying on then they are lying and that's why they need all the drama..to make their LIE look real. I'm sure she is upset and pissed the hell off....even if the allegations were true they still ruined her life, but her managing to keep her emotions in check is no reason to look down on her. I think it only adds weight to her story...I didn't do anything wrong, I have nothing to get worked up about...I won't give this lying a*^ the satisfaction of seeing me upset. I believe her.
I watched it an listened to the guy and found too many inconsistencies. I could tell that he didn't remember things and changed his story. The boy looked guilty of accusing her and before the lie detector was given, his body language told me his wasn't telling the truth , as evidenced by the polygraph test he was given. At his age, you just don't forget things that quickly.........especially a serious accusation of sexual molestation . The two other boys ......one recanted his story and the other one refused to come on the show and failed a lie detector test too. It appears, as it happens more often than you think, that these boys saw a sexy and beautiful woman, probably fantasized about her and made the story up. It has ruined her life and they should pay a price. The guy's dates didn't add up and his story kept changing. The husband was home, as well as a cousin and other boys to help move the piano in and the boy told a very different story. I was a teacher and have been propositioned by males and even loved, but I let them know immediately that I am the teacher and they are not my peers and such behavior is unacceptable. That ended that. The worst thing the teacher did was right down letters only on notes and they could have been interpreted it wrongly. That was not too smart on her part , but she acknowleged her mistake. Even though the charges were dropped, people won't forget what she was accused of, as she was first indicted. I definitely believe the teacher and hope she never even asks for help from a student or has one in her home again. I feel badly for her.
