I was having trouble with mine, then my TV broke down. When I spoke to the repairman, he told me that it wasn't my box, it was the aerial. Apparently, you do need to have a heavy duty aerial lead, not just the ordinary type. This is something to do with the fact the box is digital. So I changed my lead by getting some heavy duty co-ax and some metal fixings (he told me the plastic ones are not so good), put them together and hey presto. I get a much better signal. I hope this is of some help to you.

i had a few probs watching eastenders earlier, it kept on freezing,right near the part where sean stood up too, and then when stacy was taking her vows, i swore a lot and hey it came on,just goes to show,dont interrupt when she's watching a good praogramme. lmao.
