I think it is he one about the two teenage girls who get powers temporaily during a certain alignment of planets and kill a few fellow students who get in their way or irritate them. It appears to Scully that Fox is hot for a small town female detective and Scully is jealous. Scully just happens to come in on what seem to be compromising moments that are not and assumes the worst.
