mark sloan, he tries to be the tough guy but then every few episode he lets down his guard and says something or does something very human.
DR. Bailey. She is straight up and does not take crap off anyone.
Alex. Because he tries to act like a big macho unfeeling guy but he can't. And I'll tell you who my LEAST favorite is - Meredith Grey! I can't stand her whiny, squeaky voice and her stupid little faces! argh!
Meredith- 'cause she's funny and not perfect at all, + her boyfriend :)
I also like Alex because of the things he says that drive everyone mad

Doctor Bailey. I love the sass and attitude. She is disciplined. Knows what lines not to cross. Is caring at times. Freaking hilarious. If we had the opposite sexual organs I'd have her babies. LOL.
