I'm no sure about so u think u can dance but I know ANTM has started I'm sure you can find episodes on youtube and google video but I'm not sure if you can download them

Tootsie Roll may be the only candy anyone ever named after a girlfriend. The story starts in 1896 when Leo Hirshfield, a candy maker, left his home in Austria and came to the United States. He settled in New York City where he opened his own candy shop. Hirshfield had brought with him a very important idea – the formula for a special kind of chocolate candy that was chewy and could be made in the form of a roll. He began to make this candy and sold it for a penny apiece.
After Hirshfield had made the candy, he had to think of a name for it. He decided he’d make his sweetheart back in Austria famous. Her name was Tootsie so Hirshfield called his new candy a Tootsie Roll. He never brought his girlfriend to the United States, but he made sure that he and everyone who bought his candy would remember her name. Almost immediately, he was selling 200 Tootsie Rolls a day in New York. Now, of course, the candy sells millions of rolls everyday all over the world.

America's Next Top Model Cycle 9 just aired it's 7th episode last night. So You Think You Can Dance ended a month or two ago, I think and as far as I know it doesn't strat up again until like May. I can't wait though! As far as finding episodes on-line, I don't really know except maybe try www.youtube.com. Good luck!
