Whatever happened to Lois & Clark: New Adventures of Superman?!
Question: Dean Cain recently guest starred on Smallville as an immortal from the comic book Universe (allthough it wasn't actually stated that was the character, it is widely believed to be so). Teri Hatcher is on Desperate Housewives (and has never appeared on Smallville, though they are trying to get her there - she is pretty expensive now).
As far as the show, it ended with Lois and Clark happily married, and doing their thing, saving the world. The fourth season ended with a cliff hanger theat was supposed to concluded in season 5 but the show was cancled with no warning to the show or it's cast or crew.

But, if you're interested, Smallville likes to give anybody at all who has ever been involved in telling the Superman story a guest spot on their show (including both Terri Hatcher and Dean Cain, not to mention the one and only Christopher Reeve).
