Rue McLanahan has been performing on Broadway the last few years; Bea Arthur has also performed on Broadway, but has largely faded from the acting scene. Estelle Getty has been suffering from Lewy Body Dementia the last few years and has retired from public life; she is in very poor health, but she has not yet died.

The oldest one died (I can't recall her name, sorry. It was Dorothy's mom) but the rest are still alive. Most are retired from acting or are doing small parts in lifetime movies and stuff like that.
The woman who played "Sophia" died recently after a long battle with Alzheimer's.
