Question: Ok so I used to watch Y&R all the time, then stopped for a few years, now I'm watching it again, and trying to get caught up. SO: What happened to Billy, Britney, and Mac? And how did Dru die?

Jack sent his brother billy to work at one of the offices out of the country. He works for jabot over there in Hung Kong. Britney got married and fell in love with a mobster that wanted to get out of the mob. The mob killed her husband bobby and she went into hiding with their son Joshua. Britney named their son - after her husband's dead brother. Mac left town up to a year ago when her and J.T. where involved at the time. Mac got pregnant and never told J.T. about the baby and they broke up about that. Mac was good friends with Kevin at the time. She was confinding in Kevin about that. Later on Mac had a miscarriage and lost the baby. She was not going to tell J.T. about the baby and J.T. found out about it any how. J.T. call it quits when he found out that mac was pregnant and he had to find out from someone else that she was pregnant. And that is what split them up. So mac left town and went to join he father where ever he was at the time. So that is what happen in the last two years.
Billy was shipped off to another country to work. I dont know what happened to Britney. Mac just kinda left town too after breaking up with, was it JT? Dru and Phyllis got into a match fighting over a piece of paper or something and Dru fell off a cliff into a raging river, her body was never found.
Billy went overseas to work I believe. I don't know what happed with Britney and Mac. Dru died in an accident. Sharon and Phyllis were getting into a fight and Dru got into the middle of it to defend Sharon. She got pushed over a cliff with Sharon but only Sharon was found. Dru was never found and they said she was dead. Hope that helps. Oh and by the way, the fight was about Sharon sleeping with Brad and Phyllis blackmailing the two of them.
I don't remember Billy. Mac (the actress and the character) went to New Orleans to help out after Hurricane Katrina and she never came back. Britney went to New York to live with her parents after her husband Bobby died. Dru died from falling off a cliff. Brad and Sharon slept together and Phyllis blackmailed them with it to get them to elect Neil to the board of directors at Newman Enterprises. Dru, Sharon, and Phyllis were fighting about that, and Dru fell off the cliff.
Billy was given a job as NVP/Jabot Liaison for House of Kim, and shipped him off to Hong Kong. Brittany & Bobby left GC under protection, and Mac suddenly took off back to the Indian Reservation, and returned briefly to tell Kevin she was going to go to New Orleans to work with her father Brock and signed a power of attorney over to Kevin for the coffee house.
I don't remember Britney or Mac, and I'm willing to go with everyone else and say Billy went to work overseas. As for Dru... well, Brad and Sharon slept together when they were in New York, while both were married to the Newman siblings. Phyllis overheard and used this to blackmail Brad to vote for Neil on the board at Clear Springs. Meantime, at a photo shoot held at the top of a cliff, Phyllis had a cell phone in hand and threatened to call Jack (whom Sharon was romantically involved with at the time) to tell him about the affair. Sharon tried to stop her, and they were soon fighting over the phone, which Dru tried to stop. The cell phone flew out of Phyllis' hand, and both Sharon and Dru went over the cliff. (Photos would later reveal that Sharon was the one who pushed Dru over.) Out of the two that fell, only Sharon's body was found, which led to her miraculously quick recovery, while Dru is still missing.
I agree with the rest of the answers, but just wanted to add that there was an extensive search to find Dru after she & Sharon fell off the cliff.
After days of searching, and not finding Dru or her body, Dru was presummed dead and the search was called off.
Since no body was found that leaves the writers an opening at any time to bring Dru back.
I've read rumors on another web-site that Dru may soon be returning, but it is not known if Dru will be played be the same actress (Victoria Rowell...I think that's how you spell her name) or another actress.
Knowing the Y&R writers I would expect anything could happen at this point.
Woudn't it be interesting if she did come back and we find out that she's the one that killed Mr. Kim?
It's supposed to be a "big shock" when we are told who killed him and who would think of Dru since she is supposedly dead.

Dru had a fight with phillis and she fell off a cliff and was never found. Billy went to another state to work with his Uncle. Mac left town because she found out that she was related to Billy an d the could not get married.
