"Flip The House" on TLC... What is that occupation?!
Question: In the TLC show Flip That House, what is the occupation for the person who purchases the old houses, "flip" them, and then sell them. Is that a Real Estate Agents job or is it another occupation. Whatever occupation it is, it seems awesome!!

Its not really an occupation. A lot of people do it as a job though, as it can bring in a lot of money. In my family we call them "flippers." I dont know if there is a real term or anything. Anyone can do it- just buy a house and fix it up and sell it. Sometimes you dont even have to make many changes and it will sell. It is a lot of fun! But a lot of work.
