Red Dwarf - Is that it?!
Question: I know i'm a little behind the times but I have just finished watching Series 8 of Red Dwarf.
After the Last Episode it says "The End" then that message is deleted and it comes up "Is it Smeg"
Was their any more Red Dwarfs made or is their anything in the pipeline?

There was rumours that they would make some more episodes but that has not happened. I recon it is the end for red dwarf.
I was a massive Red Dwarf fan in the early days up to about series 6 then it got kinda lame, didn't like the new Kochanski for starters and it wasn't as funny as the early stuff.
they have been trying to make a film for the last few years but struggled to get backing, the last i heard was they had the money, if you scan for red dwarf movie you should find out more
I'm fairly sure the 8 was the last series, unfortunately. I wouldn't think that they would do any more now.
Even the repeats are better than some of the rubbish programmes on now. i imagine a short fat bloke in the film library , can only reach the first five shelves , very limited stuff he likes , hires a film to the first station, they in turn sell it to the next through the week cheap, i wish he would get a ladder all the good stuff it on the top
Thy have been on about a 9th series or a movie for at lest 8 years but nothing has got off the ground for no one is talking to one another or doing other things, so i thing it will never happen.

Apparently they may be making series 9 in 2009 (geddit?!) and i bloomin well hope so too!!!!
Yep that was it, there was a film in the pipeline back along but it never got off the ground, shame!
