Can Superman watch TV without seeing the flicker"?!
Question: TV and Movies are shot at 24fps or 30fps, and broadcast at 48fps or 60fps or something like that. Superman can see a bullet move, a bullet is far faster than 48fps or 60fps. Does he see the flicker? If anyone ask why I care or something like that I am creating a superhero, and want it to be as realistic as possible sort of like unbreakable.

I think this is a good question, but you have to wonder...does it matter??? With superman always having to save the world, when does he have time to watch TV?
if superman wanted too YES he could see the "flicker" but im betting he would just wanna keep seein things at regular speed
i dont see why superman would use his superspeed to see the pause between frames on tv lol
if he wanted to yes i am sure he could but he can probably watch t.v normally too!
