yes... uhm... try going to the grey's anatomy site there is the recaps or the episode guide which states the synopsis on every episode shown and if you really wanna see it go to megavideo.com and type in grey's anatomy 4x01
go to wikipedia.org and type in Greys Anatomy (I have tried putting it on here but it wont spell properly) it gives you all the information on future episodes (I am in the UK)
I'm not sure if it works where you are, but ABC offers Grey's online for free. Its great quality, although you do have to endure like four 30 second commercials but its not bad. I always watch it online because I work during the shows normal hours. Its usually available next day by 12pm on the site.
