What is your initial response to "fake celebs" like Tila Tequila?!
Question: (I'm using Tila Tequila as an example because of the outrage surrounding her VH1 show "A shot at love")
Fake celebs are bound to show up in regular programming these days. They are on the radio hawking songs we still haven't heard, on the television talking about projects that have tanked, etc etc. And yet they still pop up everywhere.
Let's take Tila Tequila, for example. I applaud the girl, she's gotten more out of Myspace than anyone else. Now she's doing a show on VH1 which is supposed to be based on the fact that Tila Tequila is - gasp - a bisexual.
It's not a secret. Tila has been hawking the fact that she's bisexual and using it to her advantage for years. It's even been posted on her site.

I don't like them!!I totally dislike that "WE" give them time to proliferate their existence! A great example,also, would be Melissa Rivers, Joan Rivers daughter. What was her called to celebretydom!??!Even before she did that substandard survivor-like reality show and the TV Guide fashion review??
NEW RULE: if you going to be a celeb and the networks are going to dedicate air time to you, you must DO SOMETHING TANGIBLE worth of being a "CELEBRITY"!!
SUPERFLOUS celebs are thieves of our time!

i watch that Tila Tequila show for a minute and decided that is the worst show i seen in my life.... its really fake.. faker then wrestling.... what ever happen to being talented?
Waste of time and somebody's money.......!!!
They will give anyone a reality TV show nowadays. As long as there are people that continue to watch these shows...they will have a market for them.
I think people are getting tired of all these reality shows...especially the ones that are modeled after The Bachelor.
