X files movie? north pole? south pole?!

i remember watching this xfiles movie/ episode or somtin...
well all i remember was that it was a great movie...
and that dana or mulder (cant remember which -.-) was abucted and the other person found clues that led him/her to the north or south pole. o! and i remember the bomb squad coming to a building...but a person in the squad just lets the bomb go off. it was to hide evidence of aliens?????
