Callisto. She was so vicious, and crazy.
She's probably one of my favorite villains ever.
Honestly, that show has some of the best characters ever. I loved them all, Joxer the Mighty, the king of thieves, and Aries along with Xena and Gabrielle were my faves.

Gabrielle is feminine and can fight... xena looks a lil man like sometimes and to buff, and callisto is a meanie! i love xena tho... Aries is hott!!!
Since you said we could pick someone else, I choose Jean Grey from X-men. I like the fact that she has dueling and often times conflicting personalities within her. She also has an unlimited power within her (Phoenix) that is restrained by Jean (technically Professor X). I think that's what it is like for a lot of people - we are often restrained from what we want to do because of our obligations and societies perception. Similarly, Freud called it the ID vs. Super Ego.
If I had to choose of the three you presented, then I would select Callisto. She was a firecracker that was "created" as a direct result of Xena's actions. Sort of like a good soul that got lost in her own anger.
