I like Ebony too. She wasn't my favorite but I didn't want her to leave. She definitely LOOKS like a model and I think the reason that she flopped on her last photo shoot was because she meant to. She said that she was trying to get sent home so I guess she figured that she wouldn’t even try.
I think that Tyra was too harsh in what she said when Ebony left. Even if she was right, she was kind of rude. And I only think that Tyra was partially right anyways. I think that it's untrue that Ebony was leaving because she ‘can't handle people saying that she's not perfect.’ She was insecure so OBVIOUSLY she didn't think that she was perfect.
I DO think that she didn't say the REAL reason that she left and that she probably couldn't handle being constantly judged, but that would be hard for anyone. How would YOU feel being constantly watched and constantly judged (sometimes not so nicely)?
So even if Ebony didn't say the real reason why she left, she was honest in saying that modeling isn't right for her because if she can't handle the criticism then it's not.
I also don’t think that she was trying to be standoffish or nonchalant or give attitude - I think that she was just shy. A lot of shy people act like that and it can come off the wrong way.
I think that Tyra was WAY out of line and she gets too personal. Yes, it’s her show and she’s a judge and all but she seems to forget sometimes that the aspiring models are WOMEN. They are GROWN so she needs to stop treating them like children.
It was sort of haunting and disturbing listening to and watching Ebony’s final words [on the show] when she was so unmotivated and emotionless and then seeing her audition tape when she was so excited about being on ANTM.
wow i was soooo surprized!!! i like ebony but i thought it was dumb how she just gave up and left! come on anyone would give anything to be there (almost)!

I think that Ambreal definitely deserved to be there more than Ebony. Thank god she didn't want to go on.... Ambreal looks more high fashion than Ebony and seems to have a better personality.
I just tuned in for the first time last night with my roommate. My thoughts...I hope the girl who was going to be eliminated (can't remember her name, sorry) doesn't end up winning the show! That would spark major controversy.

Ebony always thought she was right and didn't take criticism well. You don't quit and give up like she did. Do you know how many girls wanted to be on that show and to see someone like her just give it all up. Give me a break! I don't blame Tyra one bit for saying what she did.
I think Ambreal and Ebony both should have left.
Nobody was eliminated. Ebony quit- so Ambreal still should have been eliminated.
I think they should have has Ambreal leave also. They didn't think she had the potential to stay so just because Ebony chose to leave doesn't mean that Ambreal is now good enough to be on the show.
That's ok, she'll probably go next week.
OMG i am so glad Ebony went home, she always had such a bad attitude! I want to know why she didn't go home sooner.
