You can get bits of it at Youtube or MySpace TV but I found a site that you will be able to view the whole show... BUT you have to give a donation to the site to view it. I believe they give a FREE 30 days to view.

You need to register first, than you can upgrade to VIP status to watch the Smallville Episode.
P.S. Once registered, close out of your browser, than go back to the site and see if you can view any of the episodes there. Let me know how it works out.

The site www.free-tv-video-online.info seemed to bring the episode up very quickl (if you have broadband), although it has captions in another language. So, If you don't want to sign up with tv-video.net this is a great alternative.
