Why isn't MTV working!!?!
Question: It's more than likely a problem with your cable provider, since I'm getting MTV just fine. I would wait a day or two and if you still can't get reception on the channel, contact your provider.
Add.: Then it's definitely a problem with the provider. I would call them, whether you have Time Warner or Comcast, whatever, and let them know the problem and that it's recurring. That way, they can fix the problem.
