if you just want something fun to watch and dont really care how stupid or childish it is, try some of the shows on disney channel. they're just good ways to chill

I LOVE Lost, but when the next season comes out you should see the other episodes before so you'll be caught up. That's my favorite TV show ever!

pesonal favorite of mine are Friends, Will & Grace, Reba, Forensic Files, CSI, Family Guy, Simpsons, South Park, Over The Hill, Futurama, and Corner Gas. Out of those Corner Gas would probibly be the best because it just came to America from Canada. My neighbors just moved in 3 years ago and brought it back with them on DVD and got me hooked soo check it out at cornergas.com!

CHARMED, THE OC, CSI, LAW AND ORDER. Those are interesting show you might get into it. i got into those also try out and see how you like it.
Grey's Anatomy is a great show, I would suggest renting the past seasons on DVD first because it is pretty involved.

Prison Break !!!, greatest show to hit television in years !!, it has the intencity and intellegence of The Born indentity, born supremecy ,ultimatum ect...
Bones, which is on Fox, is pretty good. It's based a the true life of an anthropologist who would identity dead people. And the guy who played Angel is her FBI partner. It's pretty good.
Then 'how I meet your mother" is another good comedy show. I like it.
I'm a sucker for the cele-reality shows on VH1.
But I also like the Military channel, Fox news, History channel, Discovery Channel, etc.
Oh 2 and 1/2 men is hilarious!! With Charlie Sheen Hilarious!!!!!

Two new shows that are pretty promising are "Gossip Girl" and "Big Bang Theory"
my roomate owns alot of tv shows on dvd. but my favorites would be scrubs, arrested development, and obviously the office. (both the british and the american one)
