What happened on Grey's Anatomy on the last episode that aired October 18th?!
Question: Well basically Callie knows about Georges affair with Izzie. Callie forgives George but at the hospital confronts Izzie. Callie tells her to meet her at the lunchroom at 12 and Izzie thinks they are gonna fight. When Callie gets there Izzie is pumping herself up and Callie gets embarrassed. Also Izzie tells Alex that she slept with George and Alex makes fun of her. There is this patient that has a sprained ankle after working out. She comes in with her boyfriend and the doctors find out she has lost forty pounds from the request of her boyfriend if he quit smoking. Of course it is more serious than anyone expected and she starts spitting up blood. In surgery they she cannot be saved. Callie confronts the boyfriend and yells at him telling him he did this to her basically taking all of her frustration she has with George and Izzie out on him. Later on George comes to Callie and Callie says she has not forgiven him and walks away. Meanwhile during the episode Derek wants Meredith to go away with him. Meredith gets Alex to cover for her if she takes the worlds oldest intern. The intern ends up telling the wrong patient that they are dying. So basically Meredith is running around the episode trying to find this lady to tell her she isn't dying. Christina has Lexi for a intern and they are helping this boy that got hurt playing football. Christina keeps yelling at Lexi and telling her to get away. Derek gets mad and kind of takes Lexi under his wing and starts to form a relationship with her. At the end of the episode Meredith goes up to Derek ready for their weekend together. Derek says he doesn't want to go. Meredith asks if it is something Lexi said and Derek says yes and that its something he can't talk to Meredith about. Meredith says he can tell her anything. Derek tells her he wants to marry her to have a lifetime with her to have kids a house everything. But he knows Meredith can't deal with that she isn't ready but he will wait. However if someone comes along that is ready he doesn't know what he will do. And that was the end!

all that really happened was omally told his wife he slept with izzy. she "forgave" him but really she didn't! the chiefs niece i think she has cancer but whatever it illness she has is back again. she doesn't want them to treat her for it. she just wants to go home. patrick demsey's character is really nice to meredith's sister. he gets mad at christina for being mean to her. demsey tells meredith all kinds of things but when he's done he pretty much says that if someone else comes along and he likes them then he might just persue that other person and it would be her loose because she didn't want to get serious with him! that's pretty much it!
