Question: Like the Duggars, the families featured on "Kids by a Dozen", and Jon and Kate Plus 8, do they get paid for those series?

I'm sure they do! Have you seen all of those sextuplets dressed in GAP? In fact, all their kids are so well dressed, they must get paid to have cameras follow them around in their daily lives because what kind of job could Jon have since Kate doesn't work?
And then the family on Little People, Big World moved into a bigger house after their first season or whatever. I'm sure the money these families make off the shows definitely helps with such perks.
I know! I am an only child so its kind of shocking to see how different their lifestyle is.

I am very sure they do. The original Jon and Kate documentary, when Kate showed her gut on air, got her a freebie tummy tuck and like 4 days away from her brood, actually staying at the home of the surgeon. That was on the 2nd documentary. The Duggars still freak me out. I have 4 boys, including 3 yr old twins and I cannot imagine having as many kids as they do.
I hope so, one of those specials had families with over 12 children; boys, especially teenage boys can put a serious dent in grocery bills; but the Duggars are a well planned family :}
