Question: about the hazards at Clear Springs. He kept telling Niki to get away but did he ever inform anyone that their is a great potential of an explosion? With all the electrical sparking in the background anything could happen. After this is all done who will be to blame. I am hoping Victor? Who do you want to be to blame?

No, I don't think Victor ever said anything to Nikki on the phone yesterday about the methane hazard, but they all knew about the methane problem beforehand. But, I don't think Nikki has realized that that's a potential explosion waiting to happen now that the building has collapsed. I think we'll find out that David was in on the concrete kickbacks and he will be the one to blame for the collapse. If something happens to Victoria's baby - Nikki will for sure never forgive him for that. I think David was in on the airplane sabotage, too. I still think there's something fishy about that guy..
I think Nikki will come out to be the bad one in this . I am hoping that victor will come out to be the bad but probably wont . then he in turn will blame the accident on faulty concrete. victor always comes out smelling like a rose .

I know everyone doesnt like victor but I am kinda hopeing david chow gets in trouble he has caused so many problems
I think they all know about the methane because remember a while back, there was some kind of problem and NVP had to share in the cost of clean up? Remember? Nikki was scrambling around to find some help with the clean up.
I think Victor and Kay will take the fall.
Kay's company is the one doing the construction and Victor is the "man-with-the -plan"...who owns the mineral and drilling rights.
The only person that knows are Victor and Neil. He told Neil to keep it a secret because he has vested interest on both sides. He is wanting Clear Springs to fail because he owns the drilling rites to the methane deposits out there. Jack mentioned Monday (US) that he knows there are methane deposits in there (before Nick and Sharon got out), but nobody knows that he owns drilling rites out there.
We all know who is to blame.... the cement owner and the construction owner who is getting the kick backs for having thin cement. That was established Monday. It's just a shady guy. The lawsuits to the construction company and the cement company are going to be ridiculous. Nikki will probably get enough money out of that to fix Clear Springs and get out of any loans to pay just cash.

They all had knowlege of the Methane problem. I think they are all greedy and ignored it by allowing construction to continue without removing the gas.
I know that people knew about it .. but just a cursory acknowledgement. It was Victor who knew exactly what he was dealing with. The contractor definitely is to blame, but I belieive that Victor definitely added to the situation and made it much worse.
I believe that Victor won't be the blame. Yes, he pulled the plug on the loan for Nikki but if you really think about it he got good reasons. (His is the boyfriend) I believe Nikki boy toy or whatever you want to call him is behind the mishap at Clear Springs. It's unfortunate that JT found out the problem a little to late before this happen. I think Nikki man is the blame! He to on her tail, before Nikki and Victor filed for divorce he sniffing after her tail and doing things for her without a guarantee they was going to be together. All he knew she could had stayed with Victor and reconcil. She always did!

Yes, he and Neil discovered it together, but you know Neil is ALWAYS trying to be CEO of Neuman and is mad because it always goes to a Neuman so if it comes to it, Victor will probably bribe him into not saying anything and give him another jet or give him the CEO seat where he won't have to share it with Nick or Vic.
Well I love Victors' character so I hope it's not him. I think this is all in the hands of Nikki & David Chow. I think David Chow a bit more too. Something is up with him. He was having those meetings with some people and he's just really suspicious.
He didn't know the hazards himself. IT was just a bad bussiness deal. This was Nicki's project so I would think she is to blame first followed by Jack. Victor already brought up Sabotage but the one to blame is the guy stealing on the job. If the cement contains too much water, it will not bond right. JT already brought up that issue!
I think some of the folks who answered you are getting a little mixed up. Everyone knows about the Methane pockets. What Victor only told Neil is that he owns the Mineral Rights to that area. I think Catherine will be the bad guy on this one. Her company did the construction. The cave-in didn't have anything to do with the Methane other than the collapse would have "cracked" some pockets and freed the Methane.
I'm with you. I wish Victor (Yuck!) would take the fall for this, but I just don't think it will happen.

I agree with one of the other girls. David chow has come to general city with from day one with his own agenda. It started with Dru and Carmen. Then David chow has worked his way to Nikki. Paul was having J.T. to investigate him. Because i think victor hired them to look into David chow's past. I do not trust that guy. He is a shady character with his own agenda. Plus - i heard he use to use woman in the past for their money. I still think he is using Nikki for her money. When victor gets through with Nikki. She is not going to have enough money to wipe her feet on. And then David chow is going to drop he like a sack of potatoes and then he will be on to the next rich woman - he can get a hold of.
Everyone knew that is why they stop Cane stop construction for awhile, but the cave in is because of the poor construction that J.T. found. He call Cane and Cane and his Grandmother went up there to see and that is when the walls came in.
