The Carling Black Label ones. I am singing the song in my head right now!!lol

Secret lemonade drinker was a favourite of mine too!

SMASH - the mashed potatoe stuff (UK).

I loved the aliens, and when they giggled I would laugh with them as if they were my friends and we shared the joke.

Ahhhhhhhh, for mash get smash lol

Coughs and sneezes spread diseases...Trap the germs in your handerchieveses!! It used to be on buses everywhere!!!

mine is pg tips to and cadbuys adverts

There was one with this old boy in a boat going across what you assumed was stormy seas. It was actually a boating lake and he was crossing it to get his pint of poachers bitter.
The line he used was " ive never known a night like it, and i aint looking forward to the journey home neither".
Dont know why it sticks in my mind, it wasnt particularly funny.

the shake and vac lol i still sing that song, milky bar kid,
levi jeans advert was good, and the wriggles chewing gum the one with the couple in the train/bus, oh im remembering more ha ha the 'its my life' tampax advert

I liked the one its tasty tasty tasty very very tasty think it as from all bran or something.

My favourite campaign ever was the Cresta polar bear in the 70's. He wore shades and said "It's frothy, man!"

I was reading about these ads once, and I'm pretty sure the same guy who did them was also responsible for the Smash ads, and the Kia-Ora "I'll be your dog" ad, and they were pretty cool too.

the smash adverts with the laughing aliens were brilliant, also remember 1 from many years ago in northern ireland, was for lemonade, a boy was sitting behind a wall and says, im glad im down here with a big big bottle (in a broad belfast accent)

how about happiness is a cigar called hamlet!

The milky bar kid is strong and tough, the best taste that is good enough.

The creamiest white the milkiest star (?),
the good taste thats in Milky Bar

smash adverts

do the mario, take one step la la la la, super mario.

Don't forget the Fruit Gums Mum and the Opal Toffee advert a long , long time ago

the cadburys fudge one a finger of fudge is just enough to give your kids a treat

haha
the hp sauce with frank bruno

the michillin manand the soft mints andd with mr soft

There was an advert for mushrooms that used to freak me out. There was an army of cartoon mushy's carrying a flag and singing 'make room for the mushrooms'. I have no idea why, but I found it profoundly disturbing!

oxo it was like a running story

The commercials for "My Buddy" and "Kid Sister" toys. I never had one of those dolls, but I always sang the song when the commercial came on.

There are a few, the usuals like SMASH, PG Tips etc, but one that really sticks in my head is Smiths Crisps where you had the little potatoes singing and dancing underground to the tune of "Bobby's Girl". That was weird, but funny. Oh and there was also the Californian Raisins add where they "Heard if through the Grapevine".

The Smash advert...with the robots....lol...still makes me smile now
