Probably when little Ricky grows up. He should be about 7 now but when he comes back to Genoa City next year he will be 23.

If I am remembering correctly his son was named Ricky? or something like that. Wasn't his wife played by Eva Longoria? I would like him to come back as a teenager so that he could interact with JT, Colleen, Lilly, and Devon.
